Internalization & Bulgarian business
Zdraveite!
I’m sending this message out, because I’m planning on writing my final thesis in university about internalization & Bulgarian business and I could use your help!
In one way or another, I met you when I was working in Bulgaria from September 2007 to January 2008 as an intern in the Bulgarian National Radio. I had a great time that autumn as the days got colder and am planning on coming back to Bulgaria for the spring to see what it’s like to see the days get warmer again (and experience the tradition of Baba Marta finally!). ;-)
So, why do I need your help?
** Since Bulgaria’s accession to the EU in 2007, the country’s been getting more and more international. I’m sure you have noticed. I want to have a look at one or more organizations and see what issues they face with internationalization.
If you know some organizations dealing with internationalization, please help me get in contact with them. It can be:
- Companies or organizations with foreigners and Bulgarians working in the same departments;
- Multinational companies or organizations with a Bulgarian department having to communicate with foreign ones;
I’m an International Communication Management student and for my thesis I will be focusing on cross-cultural and internal communication. Together with the organizations willing to help my studies, I will further define the exact goals of my research to suit both my ambitions as well as to make it of value to the company or organization.
In the end I intend to deliver the results of the research to the organization accompanied with some advice.
If you can help me out, please contact me through any of the means below. It would be great to live in Bulgaria once again! :-)
Thanks in advance!
